COMPETITORS: Year 2 - Year 6, Boys and Girls, 3 x Competitors per race
(ie: 3x Year 2 Boys, 3x Year 2 Girls etc.).

EQUIPMENT:

All schools to supply their own marquee/GAZEBO for their competitors, and cones to mark their bay!

Games, construction activities, drawing/colouring activities to keep students occupied while waiting

Water – there is one water fountain.

First Aid: All schools to bring appropriate First Aid equipment.

Ribbons will be awarded to first ten finishers in each race. Medallions will be awarded to first, second and third place in each race.

Schools MUST ensure their students remain in their school bay (unless they are running) and are supervised at all times.
EXTRA INSTRUCTIONS DUE TO COVID-19-as discussed/finalised at meeting
COVID 19 means that schools should keep their students within delegated area – ie: gazebos spread out with cones set out to mark space behind gazebo (10m) to define separate school zones.

No kicking footy around, or leaving bay to run with friends/siblings.

Please advise parents of rules regarding staying to parent area – see map coming next week.

Please bring activities – construction, games, drawing for students to do while waiting.

12 min timeslots allocated for each race – social distancing of competitors in finish shute – will take a little longer to process.

Keep students in bay until called – stops the number of students lined up and waiting at the start line.
